I loved this place and would recommend them to whomever complimented my hanging baskets, in which was often. Today unfortunately, I had the worst experience ever and am shocked with how I was treated. My sister and I took my neices to shop for some memorial flowers for our mom/their grandma. There was a cart full of flowers by the front that I asked if were available or were they there for restocking. The lady snapped at me and said those are a customers and don't take flowers off carts. I was only inquiring because we saw some flowers on the cart and were wondering where to find them. I then replied, nevermind we'll go somewhere else if we're a bother and that was rude. She said okay that's fine, like she didn't care. My neice's instantly looked heartbroken, so as the lady walked by again, I asked to speak with the owner. She leads me outside to the end of the building, turns around, throws her arms up like ta-da, and states she's the owner. I told her I was shocked that's how customers are being treated, especially by someone who owns a business and should lead by example and have customer service skills. She then said in a flippant I don't care tone that she was sorry. They're under staffed and over worked. I then said its understandable we all get cranky but I don't appreciate being treated that way and its happened more than once over the years, so I wanted to say something. I informed her I've been a consistent customer and I'm always trying to be supportive, plus I "was" interested in 8 pine trees up front but have changed my mind. The lady starts petting my shoulder and says in a mocking tone/smirk on her face that your such a good customer, we appreciate you, thanks for coming. I told her I don't expect her to fawn over or bow down to me, but to treat customers with politeness/common decency. She then shuts the door in my face to not allow me entrance since we were still walking back and states that I'm right, she doesn't have to. I'm appalled at this point and asked what did I do other than ask about a cart of flowers? She then allows me in and says your right, I'm sorry but with no feeling of sincerity. I go in, gather my family, inform them that she petted me like a dog, all the while she's laughing with others at the front desk, and we leave. I will never go back. You don't snap at customers, mock them, or touch them. It was very unprofessional.
So many plants, so little time. Sis & I had business in Cody & we stopped here on our way back to Byron. She was looking for a particular plant, but the owner said they hadn't come in yet as it was too early in the season. The drive getting there was well worth it as the view was spectacular! We returned a couple of months later & they had what she wanted. Highly recommend.
I’ve always had a nice experience shopping here! They answer all my questions…show me where everything is.... and they have a nice variety of plants! We love the 3 legged kitty! 💜
Prices are insane. 18lbs of grass seed was 160$. When at TSC you can get a fifty pound bag for way less. The upcharge cost is insane. Do not recommend. If i could give a zero rate i would.
What an incredible and gorgeous variety! My boys called it "the garden of Eden." Absolutely wonderful.
