Very nice. Great friendly employees. Great selection to start and keep maintained just about any flower garden you might want. Vast color selection also. Small to large plants. Nice selection of large to small trees. Rocks and stones Thumbs up for my 1st visit.
18June2024 Wonderful employees and environment. My first stop here and I found what I was searching for and one more thing. Large, well organized property with a great deal of selection of plants, trees, bushes, stones, rocks, pottery, and more.
Plants died 2 days after purchase. I was watering them every morning and I noticed they were starting to brown. I called to speak to someone and was told special services would contact me and they never did. By the time I came home that evening they were all dead. I called and followed back up and they said no returns or exchanges. $100 gone down the drain.
They charged $225 per 5 foot skip Laurel tree which is an astronomically high price. When I got the trees, I saw that they were not even wrapped in burlap and they were in inadequately sized pots, which were 10 gallon when they should be 15 at this size. I called them to ask what will happen if their trees are of poor quality after I paid almost $1000 for five trees and they told me that because my contractor purchased them there would be no warranty. I would never work with this company again. They are WAY overpriced, customer service was unapologetic and not very knowledgeable either about the size of pot in which that plant should be contained. I would definitely recommend not to use this company. They said they normally provide a one year warranty, but in this case they provide no warranty since contractors get special deals. My contractor didn’t get a special deal. He was double charged. So their rationale behind not offering a warranty makes no sense. I was unable to respond when the business replied that it was special contractor pricing. That’s not true. No mark up on the trees from this supplier at 225 per tree. Their own rep told me that. The staff were very helpful and super nice. We got there literally 5 minutes before closing time and we still got served with a smile on their faces. We thought they closed at 6 but apparently they close at 5 now. We purchase a big plant and they helped us carry that to the car. The place is BEAUTIFUL, you can see that the plants are taken care of & the staff warmth makes all the difference. After all, plants thrive on good energy just like we do.
